STRUCTURE OF HUMAN CAPITAL AS ONE OF THE POTENTIALITIES FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF RURAL TOURISM IN THE ZLATIBOR DISTRICT

САЖЕТАК:
Људски капитал, са својим компонентама доприноси развоју и конкурентности руралних подручја. Примарни циљ истраживања је анализа структуре људског капитала у руралним подручјима и утицаја структуре људског капитала на спремност за пружање туристичких услуга у будућности. Предмет рада је испитивање структуре људског капитала у руралним подручјима. У истраживању је учествовало 230 испитаника из златиборског округа. У раду су коришћене мере дескриптивне статистике, кростабулација, Пирсонов коефицијент корелације, Кронбахов коефицијент алфа. Структура људског капитала у златиборском округу испитана је кроз образовну стрктуру, радно ангажовање појединаца и поседовање различитих вештина. Резултати указују да у тренутној структури људског капитала доминира учешће запослених појединаца са широким спектром техничких, организационих и друштвених вештина. Поред тога, студија открива да ниво образовања утиче на спремност испитаника да се баве туристичким услугама у будућности. Такође, резултати показују да највећи проценат испитаника, који живи у руралним подручјима поседује средњи ниво образовања.
ABSTRACT:
Human capital, with its components contributes to the development and competitiveness of rural areas. The primary aim of this research is to analyze the structure of human capital in rural areas and the impact of human capital structure on the willingness to provide tourism services in the future. The subject of this paper is to examine the structure of human capital in rural areas. The research involved 230 respondents from the Zlatibor District. The study has used measures of descriptive statistics, cross-tabulation, Pearson correlation coefficient, and Cronbach’s alpha coefficient. The structure of human capital in the Zlatibor District was examined through educational background, employment status, and the possession of various skills. Findings indicate that the current human capital structure is dominated by employed individuals with a broad range of technical, organisational, and social skills. Additionally, the study reveals that education level influences respondents’ willingness to engage in tourism services in the future. Furthermore, results indicate that the highest percentage of respondents living in rural areas possess a medium level of education.
